New Years Eve (An Open Living Room at Daruma)

  • Daruma Neukölln, Berlin Germany (map)

For all who feel New Year’s Eve isn’t their thing and prefer to escape the usual chaos, you’re warmly invited to join us at Daruma for a cozy and open living room evening.

The space will be open for:

✨ Shibari practice or exploration and play

✨ Quiet Rituals or meditation to honor the turning of the year

✨ Movie screenings (we’ll have a projector!)

✨ Board games / card games etc. (feel free to bring suggestions!)

✨ Simply being together in comfort

You’re welcome to co-create the evening with the hosts (Susu and Gestalta). Susu can guide a meditation or deep relaxation like Yoga Nidra.

Please bring food, snacks and (alcoholfree) drinks.

Feel free to come in your pyjamas or however you feel most at ease. The atmosphere is casual.

You’re also welcome to stay overnight—let’s hide away together until the outside noise and fireworks have settled—we probably won’t have enough sleeping things for everyone so if you wish to do this then please bring mats / sleeping bags etc.

This is a space for rest, connection, and shared tranquility as we gently cross into the new year.

We’d love to see you there!"

Note: The space will be a no alcohol zone, and also without loud, heavy music. It’s unlikely we will be completely free of firework noise from outside, but we are hopeful that we’re far away from the most intense parts of Neukölln to avoid the worst of it.
