The Body & Ropes: Body Handling

  • Daruma Neukölln, Berlin (map)

with Asimira

A unique element of playing with ropes is being responsible for another person's body. Having the skillset to smoothly move someone else not only saves you a lot of unnecessarily hard work, it also greatly improves the flow in your rope sessions.

In this workshop we will look at different techniques to move (and be moved by) someone else into different positions.

This class is suitable for complete beginners in rope as there will be very little (if any) focus on the rope itself. The class is suitable for anyone who has been struggling with moving another person's body on the floor.
