As we all know, it’s important to communicate our needs and desires when it comes to (sexual) intimacy. However, when it really comes to it, it can be terrifying to actually do so. So, let’s talk about how to talk during intimate moments!

With this workshop, I hope to create a space to practice feeling into what you need, think actively about what feels good, and say everything out loud at least once - essentially, to create a laboratory in which you have the opportunity to figure out how to say what you need, and what works/doesn’t for you to feel safe.
