We invite you to a performance by Ron Hades, with Daruma’s very own studio furniture*, Berkay!

This performance is about the old way of objectification of shibari bondage and how it has developed with time. It is going to be sensual, nurturing and meditative, with a hard physical way of tying. 

After the performance there will be a political discussion with Ron about the historical background of shibari bondage and modern view of how we see shibari bondage now.

The space will then remain open until 11.30pm for socialising, and maybe a little bit of tying if anyone feels the urge!
